Reporting an error

Email newsroom@petrostreamtrading.com with the article link, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and any supporting source. Please include a way to reach you if we need clarification.

How we respond

• Correction — a factual error is fixed and a dated note is added to the article explaining what changed.
• Clarification — the facts were right but the wording was open to misreading; we rephrase and note it.
• Retraction — where a report's central claim cannot be supported, the report is withdrawn and replaced with a note explaining why.

Record keeping

Every published version of a story is retained internally, and correction decisions are written to our editorial audit log so the change history is reconstructable.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge correction requests within two business days and to resolve clear factual errors as soon as they are verified.
